Hipertensi merupakan penyakit yang banyak dijumpai di Indonesia. Dikatakan sebagai hipertensi apabila tekanan sistolik ≥140 mmHg dan diastolik ≥90 mmHg. Penelitian ini menggunakan daun pegagan (Centella asiatica) rimpang kunyit (Curcuma longa) dapat menurunkan darah dimodifikasi menjadi olahan nori. bertujuan untuk mengetahui formulasi stabilitas serta respon masyarakat terhadap artificial nori dari kunyit. metode eksperimen dengan komposisi penambahan sebesar 5 g rumput laut Eucheuma cottonii 50 g. Analisis data analisis univariate. Pengujian meliputi uji organoleptik, kadar air kuat tarik. Hasil penelitian pada pengujian organoleptik didapatkan persentase tertinggi tingkat rasa “Suka” dimana responden menyukai nori, (17,5%), tarik (4,015 N/mm2).
